Pulling the grass doesn't make it grow any faster. (African proverb)
As a modern school, we commit to structured, goal-oriented exploration as a teaching and learning method.
The aim is that our students learn how to learn and work on learning tasks with focus and concentration.
Independent learning is encouraged in close association with the respective educational content.
The aim is:
- to strengthen independent learning via the development of methods and learning skills
- to provide expertise in combination with transferable skills
- to increase the students’ responsibility for their own learning
- to acquire social skills
This takes time, practice, patience and trust.
